Dubai

I arrived here safely about two days ago. The heat is amazing. It's like...being stuck in a car in the sun with your windows rolled up and hot air blowing in your face. My house is really nice. Three floors. I've got my own bathroom, own office/tv room/library/whatever else I want it to be. The place is huge. High ceiling, marble floors, that sort of thing. I can post a tour of it a little later if you want. I was going to post a picture of the view from our roof top which I'm turning into a garden thing but my camera lense fogged up so I'll have to wait until it's cooler. I haven't met anyone my age yet but I'm sure I'll meet a lot on Orientation Day. My dad and his wife are out to dinner right now, I stayed here because I had a lot of furniture to put together. The Ikea here is ENORMOUS and they're building a third one which will be the largest Ikea in the world...whoa.

Hi Grace,
Thanks for the interesting blog.
You made me remember all wonderful moments which I had during my trip to Dubai. I have been there only once, but it was enough to fell in love with its beauty, breathtaking Dubai property, people, customs and traditions.
Dubai is the city of wonders, this city came from no were to be one of the most important cities in the word. Dubai has many projects that seem unreal, but they made it real.
